Return any watch within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The watch must remain in the same condition as sold.

2. Return Requirements

• Original box, papers, and all accessories
• No scratches, dents, or signs of wear
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
• Valid ID matching purchase record

3. How to Return

Only WatchX staff. We never sell, share, or rent client data to third parties. Your purchase history stays private.

4. Refund Methods

• Cash refunds issued same day
• Bank transfers processed within 2 business days
• Credit card refunds posted within 5-7 business days


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom orders or special requests
• Watches worn outside our showroom
• Pieces with missing box or papers
• Purchases older than 7 days

6. Exchanges Allowed

Swap your watch for any piece of equal or greater value within 14 days. Price difference paid at time of exchange.
