UAE Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): FREE delivery on all orders within the UAE.
• Express Delivery (1-2 working days): Order before 2 PM Sun-Thu for same-day dispatch. FREE delivery on all orders within the UAE.

International Orders: Tax and duty fees may be charged by the destination country when your order arrives. Those additional charges are your responsibility. WatchX uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges.

Returns Policy

Standard 14-Day Returns: Our hassle-free 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days, and we will happily refund the purchase price (excluding shipping). Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Extended Holiday Returns Policy (UAE Only): Any purchases made between 15th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned within 30 days. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our standard 14-day return policy will apply.
