Using our website or visiting our showroom means you agree to these terms.

2. Age Requirement

All buyers must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government ID.

3. Purchase Agreement

 Sales become final when payment clears, and you leave our showroom with the watch. You own the watch. We own the payment.

4. Pricing

All prices listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. The price quoted during your visit is the price you pay.

5. Authentication Guarantee

Every watch sold by WatchX is authenticated by certified specialists. If any watch we sell proves fake, we refund your full purchase price plus 10%. No time limit.

6. Limitation of Liability

WatchX is not responsible for changes in market value after purchase. Watches are investments, and markets fluctuate. We provide authentication and documentation, not price guarantees.

7. Warranty Coverage

The 12-month mechanical warranty covers only movement defects. Does not cover water damage, physical damage, or normal wear. See warranty card for complete terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, photos, and branding are the property of WatchX. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

9. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by UAE commercial law. Disputes resolved in Dubai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We update these terms as needed. Check this page before each visit. Continued use means you accept any changes.
